The Proficient Lab’s journey began with me, Unika, after years of optimizing lab operations and regulatory compliance. I realized the need for an eQMS with the flexibility to exchange data and processes with other organizations, sites, and people (with permissions, of course). This vision led me to cross paths with Stas, a boss in software architecture. Sharing a common passion for order, innovation, and efficiency, we immediately clicked.
With my 14 years in lab expertise and Stas’s 17 years in software innovation, we’ve dedicated our time to crafting a scalable platform for knowledge sharing, management, and compliance within the laboratory and life science community.
